Perhaps the most iconic tractor in the world, the Big Bud 747 was built in 1977 for deep ploughing across high acreage -- a task that put its 1100 horsepower, 24 liter Detroit Diesel to the test. With a 2023 inflation-adjusted price tag of more than $1.4 million, the Big Bud 747 measures nearly 29 feet long and had a 16 foot wheelbase -- weighing some 45 tons when outfitted with full diesel and hydraulic oil tanks. This classic monster is ready for carpet farming service, outfitted here with its classic massive tires.
